We love the community that we call home and are proud to actively support local clubs, charities and organisations that make it such a great place to live.

Some of the ways we give back to the local community and beyond include: 

• sponsoring the North Cottesloe Surf Lifesaving Club Nippers program  
• sponsoring Cottesloe Tennis Club 
• participating in the annual Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise funds to help end the cycle of homelessness 
• Architect Helen Marchesani volunteers time with the Architects Board of WA to grade graduate architects
• Owner/Director Dean Humphrey served as President of the HIA WA (2021-23), and previously held roles on the WA HIA Technical Services Committee, HIA Regional Executive Committee and represented WA on the National Technical Services Committee.
