Sharing a glass of champagne with his clients at handover is one of the best parts of the job says builder Dean Humphrey.
"That's our measure of success - and so far we have had 100% success rate," he said.
In the next few months, Mr Humphrey of Humphrey Homes will be opening three homes he has built.
"Clients allow us to open their home only if they are totally happy with it and it's great we have such a strong track record in this regard," he said.
First cab off the rank will be 4b Fraser Street in Swanbourne which will be open on the weekends of September 14 & 15 and 21 and 22 between 11am and 3pm, or by appointment.
Inspired by a beach pavilion lifestyle, the home was built for a couple who wanted to downsize but still have space for entertaining guests and grandchildren.
Mr Humphrey said the Open House events were a great opportunity for people to get inspired and to ask questions of the team including architect Helen Marchesani and interior designer Joie Stevenson.
The other two Open House events will be in Mosman Park in October and November, with all information here.
